How does a Flyboard work?
A Flyboard rider stands on a board connected by a long hose to a watercraft. Water is forced under pressure to a pair of boots with jet nozzles underneath which provide thrust for the rider to fly up to in the air or to dive headlong through the water down.
What do you need for flyboarding?
You will need to wear a helmet to prevent any discomfort in case of going head down towards the water. You can be sure that you will not fall off as you will be strapped on the board and even then, wearing a life jacket. Flyboards are very light and easy to maneuver.
Do you need to know swimming for Flyboarding?
You don’t need to know how to swim to flyboard. Everyone will be wearing approved life jackets. Flyboarding does involve having somebody control in the water, but your instructor can teach you the needed skills at the beginning.
Do you need any special skills for flyboarding?
No. but knowing how to swim is a plus point but not necessary at all, as you will be given a briefing and accompanied during the activity under the guidance of our professional instructors.
How safe is Flyboarding?
You cannot do flyboard if you are pregnant, or have an ongoing medical or heart condition, or if you have had any recent surgeries, or have knee or ankle problems. We do not recommend the flyboard to people who are afraid of heights, or water.

Is Flyboard easy to learn?
Flyboarding is very easy to learn! On average people get up on the board within 2-5 minutes and start flying, and basic maneuvres are learned within 20 minutes usually. It may take longer for some but our instructors will be right there to guide you through the process and have you flying in no time.
What are the basics steps for flyboarding?
- Briefing session
- Suit Up
- Strap on Your Boots
- Get in the Water
- Stand Up for Takeoff
- Keep Your Body Straight
- Look Straight Ahead

What Do You Do if You Fall?
Flyboarding requires a lot of balance, so it is likely you will fall during your first few tries. However, the Flyboard is completely buoyant and is designed to push you back to the surface if you go underwater. You will also be wearing a mandatory life jacket. As long as you stay relaxed and follow these easy instructions, you will be perfectly safe.
Can I do flyboarding with prescription glasses on?
You can use prescription glasses as long as you use some straps around your spectacles so that you don’t lose them.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Flyboarding has always been a weather-dependent sport If unpleasant weather occurs, all training will either be postponed until later in the day or rescheduled.
Training will recommence when weather conditions do not compromise safety. In the event of severe lightning or a storm, activities may stop. If the rain continues activities may be canceled or postponed to a later date. In the case of the cancelation of the activity, participants are offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Do I get a refund if I don’t show up?
The booking amount is not refundable. If u have paid the whole amount then the balance amount is refundable.
Do we need to book in advance or can i come directly to the location?
Yes, advance booking is compulsory to avoid disappointment as we can entertain only certain participants in a day. So it’s advisable not to show up at the location without booking the activity.

Atlantis Water Sports were the best in hospitality especially Ulric welcomed my family with a very sweet smile. My family had a fantastic time flyboarding in Calangute Sea. I would try it again if I ever travel again to Goa.
It was wonderful to have got some time amidst daily life chaos and especially with family, it was a very different experience. I love it the way I was able to do flyboarding and enjoy the cruise with family. Great deals at Atlantis watersports.
Incredible experience trying out flyboarding. Initially I was scared and then I realised that it is a sport worth enjoying at every second. Atlantis watersports provided equipments in good condition. Every single safety gear was provided. Above all the instruction was made so clear and the person who accompanied me was friends as well as professional. He made this experience enjoyable and at the same time safe.

Thisplace was so lively and the weather favoured my activity. it was a thrilling event for me and Atlantis team members were awesome. Suchyoung and dynamic individuals and every person out there were so much caring and friendly to hang out with.
Never expected to get such an affordable price for flyboarding. More than that what surprises me is the service I fot from Atlantis Watersports. They were so professional with their work, had trained staff members and quality was more evident in their service. Hoping to come back soon and try the other water activities.
Absolutely speechless after trying flyboarding in Goa. It was so good to have got in touch with Atlantis. They organised this really well for me.
Atlantis Water Sports in Calangute, Goa was recommended by a close friend of mine. I decided to go with that and I think that is one of the best decisions I would have ever made. Their services are great. They have such friendly staff members and the person who accompanied me to try flyboarding was trained. He gave me good instructions and it was a wonderful time I spent with them.
Grateful that this place exists. I haven’t received hospitality elsewhere like what I got here in Atlantis watersports. One of their staff was so sweet that she called me at intervals just to make sure I was enjoying and that made it all for making this place my comfort zone. Of course flyboarding, it was so amazing. – Sarika Shroff
Calangute Sea is such a mind-blowing place to try flyboarding. Atlantis watersports in Calangute was such a fun team to be with and try this activity. I enjoyed so much and it was one of the best memories for myself and my friends. Their prices are something you might never find in Goa and their services are really great.
I’m trying this sport for the first time and was just clueless about how it would be. It looked very scary when I was looking at it, but since I signed up for the same at atlantis, I thought now to take a step back. I guess that decision that I made was the best because it was a once in a life time experience.
